By accessing GlassM8 ("the Service"), provided by Generative Solutions UK, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GlassM8 is a cloud-based business management application for window cleaning and service businesses. It provides customer management, scheduling, invoicing, team management, and reporting features.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into GlassM8. We process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to access other users' data; interfere with the Service's operation; upload malicious content; resell or redistribute the Service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime beyond our control.
GlassM8 and its code, design, and branding are owned by Generative Solutions UK. Your business data remains yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the application.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
